Quit4Life advisers have wide experience of helping people to quit smoking and understand the difficulties as well as the support required to be successful. It is the power of our positive attitude that drives our success, and smokers who attend our quit smoking sessions are FOUR times more likely to kick the habit.
Quit4life stop smoking sessions are friendly, non-judgmental and very informal. There is a wide range of flexible support, at times and locations to suit everyone.
